The state is ready to provide Ukrainians abroad with jobs in defense enterprises and deferments from potential mobilization. This was announced by the Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov in his comment to "Radio Liberty."
According to the official, today some Ukrainian industries need specialists "like air" (desperately). This applies particularly to the military-industrial sector.
"We have a shortage of professionals, we have a shortage of specialists, and Ukraine is ready to provide military service deferments to most of them. This is exactly why we plan to establish centers that will help in finding job vacancies both in Ukraine and in the countries where Ukrainians are currently staying," Chernyshov stated.

The Minister of Unity also noted that these centers will be able to provide services and encourage people to choose various professional paths in Ukraine, and expressed confidence that Ukrainian men desire this. At the same time, he confirmed that "men primarily should defend Ukraine at this moment."
It should be noted that currently 7.7 million Ukrainian citizens are abroad. Of these, 5.3 million are in the EU.
As a reminder, in Poland, Ukrainian men are receiving letters about conscription into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These messages are fake.
